At Replay Golf, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't help your game, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, playable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new equipment within 5-7 business days.
